NOSCO Behaviour Analytics closes the gap in customer behaviour analysis between
E-commerce and brick&mortal stores.

Function

NOSCO works with sensor technology that has been specially developed for use at the POS and with modern recognition software. As a result, NOSCO is the position to tag individual visitors and recognise them again at different locations over defined periods of time.

The intelligent system transfers the biometric data locally into a unique and anonymous EGO-ID with attributes such as age, sex and emotions.

By automatically analysing this data, it is possible for detailed conclusions to be drawn on the behaviour and structure of visitors.

Existing CRM systems can be connected via an interface to NOSCO Behaviour Analytics.

Evaluation

Metrics displayed on an individually tailored mobile or web dashboard detail the behaviour of the recorded visitors and can be made available as a report or transferred to CRM systems.

Examples of possible KPI´s and evaluations:
  • Classification of visitors in target groups
  • Evaluation of visitors according to time of day, age, sex, activities and interests
  • Recognition of visitors at multiple locations or at different events
  • Recording of dwell time and walked routes (individual customer flow)
  • Recognition of regular customers
  • Recording visitor frequency, capture rate, conversion rate
  • Evaluation of the customer journey
  • Evaluation of metrics in regard to external influences such as weather, date or events.
